Day_43 From Broken to Blooming: Journey with Depression

Hello everyone, and welcome to my 43rd blog post.


Today, let's discuss a crucial aspect of our lives that often goes undiscussed due to the weight it carries. However, let's not make it a big deal. This aspect plays a vital role in all our lives - mental health. Deep down, we all experience mental challenges, but we hesitate to share or find the right people to talk to. It's often the challenges and failures in life that lead us to mental issues and, in some cases, even depression.

Have you ever wondered why many people experience depression? There are common reasons, such as unmet expectations and the disappointment that follows. I agree that unfulfilled expectations can indeed contribute to mental health issues.

During my own struggle with this phase, I felt like a burden on others and questioned what I should do next. I needed the courage to make decisions. One valuable lesson I learned is that you are always with yourself. Consider this: are your parents with you everywhere, or can friends help you indefinitely? It's your call, and you need to change your behavior and start thinking about what you need to do. While there might be one reason to feel depressed, focus on the numerous reasons to overcome it.

Some turn to depression pills and therapy sessions. While these may help, have you ever tried overcoming it on your own? Try a simple prayer with a pure heart and soul. Consider exploring spirituality; it might provide the relief you seek.

Recently, a close friend and I discussed this topic, inspiring me to write today's blog post. Having faced this phase myself, I offer my perspective. Mental health is a serious issue. Have the courage to accept that you are not alone in this struggle; there are many others going through similar challenges. Remember, it's the situation that's not right, and time makes it harder to cope.

"Despite everything, the light will always shine brighter than your inner darkness."

If you notice someone around you facing similar issues, talk to them. Instead of suggesting pills, offer them the faith that they are not a burden; they are the flowers in someone's garden.

Reflecting on Change as the Year Ends

Writing something new has always been an exciting task for me, but doing it on the last night of the year makes it even more special.
